Where is Render Media based, and do you work outside Melbourne?
We're a video production studio based in South Yarra, Melbourne, and most of our shoots happen in and around the city. We also travel for projects further afield. See the next question for how that works.
Do you travel outside Melbourne, and is there a travel fee?
Yes, we regularly travel for shoots outside Melbourne. A travel fee applies depending on distance and requirements like flights and accommodation, and we'll always outline this clearly upfront in your quote.
What services does Render Media offer?
Two core services: Brand Campaigns, our high-production video campaigns built to perform, from brand films to product launches, and Studio Services, our in-house studio offering (coming soon).
How much does a video production package cost?
We offer three packages: Good, Great, and Even Better, scoped for different stages of business, with most brands landing on Great. See the Pricing section above for what's included in each, or get in touch for a custom enterprise scope.
Is there a minimum project size or budget?
No strict minimum. Projects typically range from around $1,000 for quick, short shoots perfect for social content, up to $10k+ for larger campaigns, depending on scope.
Do you require a deposit, and what's your revision policy?
We request a 50% deposit to begin work on a project. If you'd rather test the direction first, we can also put together a storyboard and full creative brief for a smaller fee before committing to the full project. All projects include two rounds of revisions, excluding audio changes or major structural changes.
How quickly will I hear back after enquiring?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day.
What's the typical turnaround time from kickoff to delivery?
Most projects are delivered within 5 to 10 business days from kickoff, depending on scope.
What kind of businesses do you work with?

Do you only do one-off shoots, or ongoing content?
Both. Our approach is built around long-term content systems rather than one-off shoots, so every project builds on the last instead of starting from zero each time.
